Raptors' Immanuel Quickley, RJ Barrett Out vs. 76ers
New York Knicks' Immanuel Quickley and RJ Barrett have been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers due to injuries.
Quickley is dealing with a right calf strain, while Barrett is nursing a left ankle sprain. Both players were listed as questionable to play on Monday's injury report, but the Knicks ultimately decided to hold them out of the contest.
Quickley is averaging 11.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game this season, while Barrett is averaging 20.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game.
The Knicks will be short-handed against the 76ers, who are one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference. However, New York has won three of its last four games and will be looking to continue its momentum without Quickley and Barrett.
The Knicks will also be without Obi Toppin, who is dealing with a non-COVID illness.
The 76ers are coming off a 118-112 win over the Boston Celtics on Sunday. Joel Embiid led the way for Philadelphia with 35 points, 16 rebounds, and 6 assists.
