Governor Ronaldo Caiado Delivers Work that Benefits More Than 100,000 People in the Metropolitan Region

On the morning of this Thursday, the 12th, Governor Ronaldo Caiado inaugurated the Ayrton Senna da Silva Flyover, in Senador Canedo, in the metropolitan region. The work, delivered by the Goiás government, through the Goiás Roads Agency (Agetop), benefits more than 100,000 people from the region.

The flyover is part of the duplications of Highways GO-020 and GO-403, carried out by the Government of Goiás. The work brings more safety and agility to traffic in the region, which previously registered a large flow of vehicles. The flyover is named after Ayrton Senna da Silva, a Brazilian Formula 1 driver three-time world champion in the category.

Zezé Di Camargo and Luciano Participate in the Inauguration

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the sertanejo duo Zezé Di Camargo and Luciano, who are from Goiás. The brothers praised the work and highlighted the importance of investments in infrastructure for the state. “This work is a dream come true for the entire population. It brings more safety and quality of life to our people,” said Zezé Di Camargo.

Luciano, in turn, emphasized the government's commitment to improving the lives of the people of Goiás. “Governor Ronaldo Caiado is to be congratulated for this important work. This flyover will make a big difference in the lives of the people of Senador Canedo and the entire metropolitan region,” he said.

Ronaldo Caiado Highlights the Importance of Partnership with Municipalities

In his speech, Governor Ronaldo Caiado highlighted the importance of partnership with municipalities to carry out important works for the population. “This flyover is an example of what we can achieve when we work together. We are committed to continuing to invest in infrastructure throughout the state, bringing more development and quality of life to our people,” he said.

Caiado also took the opportunity to announce other investments in Senador Canedo. “We will build a new school, a daycare center and a health center in the municipality. We are also working on paving the roads in the rural area. Our goal is to improve the lives of all the people of Goiás,” he concluded.

Work Benefits More Than 100,000 People

The Ayrton Senna da Silva Flyover is part of the duplications of Highways GO-020 and GO-403, carried out by the Government of Goiás. The work benefits more than 100,000 people from the metropolitan region, including the municipalities of Senador Canedo, Trindade, and Goiânia.

In addition to the flyover, the work also includes the widening of the highways, the construction of sidewalks and cycle paths, and the installation of new lighting. The total investment in the work is R$ 75 million.
