1. FC Nürnberg
After the 2-0 defeat at the start of the season against Holstein Kiel, Nuremberg celebrated their first home win of the season in front of 23,102 spectators. The club from Franconia had to work hard to beat SSV Jahn Regensburg 4-3. In the first half, the Regensburg team took the lead twice, but each time Nuremberg equalized. In the second half, Nuremberg took the lead for the first time, but it was Regensburg who equalized again. In the end, however, Nuremberg had the better end for themselves and scored the winning goal in the 89th minute.

Second half
After the break, Nuremberg took the lead for the first time through Johannes Geis (53rd minute). However, Regensburg equalized again through Sarpreet Singh (75th minute). In the end, however, it was Nuremberg who had the better end for themselves and scored the winning goal in the 89th minute through Taylan Duman.
