Lakers vs. Nuggets: Injury Report and Updates
Lakers' Injury Woes
The Los Angeles Lakers are dealing with several key injuries heading into their matchup against the Denver Nuggets. Anthony Davis is listed as questionable with a right foot stress injury, while LeBron James is probable with a left ankle sprain.
Davis has been sidelined since December 16th with the foot injury, and his status for Wednesday's game is up in the air. James, on the other hand, has been playing through the ankle sprain but is still not 100% healthy.
In addition, the Lakers will be without guard Dennis Schroder, who is out with a non-COVID illness.
Nuggets' Injury Report
The Denver Nuggets are also dealing with some injuries, but they are not as significant as the Lakers'. Nikola Jokic is questionable with a right hamstring injury, but he is expected to play.
Jamal Murray is out with a torn ACL, while Michael Porter Jr. is out with a back injury.
Game Outlook
The Lakers and Nuggets are both coming off of losses in their last games, so both teams will be looking to get back on track. The Lakers will be relying heavily on James and Davis if they want to win, while the Nuggets will need Jokic to have a big game.
The game is expected to be close, and it could come down to who is healthier.
